1. Daily prospecting is the key to making a lot of money in commercial real estate. Devote two hours of every day to prospecting on the telephone. Do nothing else during this scheduled time, and make sure you do not entertain any interruptions. Record your call results for each contact reached in their respective contact record. Tag Your Contacts in the Mobile App for Realhound CRM.

One of the significant features we offer in the Realhound CRM Mobile app, is we allow you to create a tag, which is like a group, for your contacts.

Here is an example of how to organize your contacts in our mobile app.  Open your app and do these few steps. Let’s look at our contact, Adam Sandler. Click on him and if we scroll down, we can see that it identifies him as a director. He’s tagged in the healthcare and the senior living industry. If I want to find all of my contacts in the senior living industry then, I click on my search, you can see all of my contacts who have the same tag where they’re identified in the healthcare profession or senior care or senior living industry. Then I can choose those tags and then click the search button up at the top. When I chose that button it will find all of the contacts that have one or more of those identifiers. So out of the 500 contacts in my database, I have 20 that are tagged with one of those identifiers. That’s how to use tags to find your groups of contacts.

Voice Notes Realhound CRM Mobile app

One of the best features of the Realhound CRM Mobile app, it allows you to enter a note without typing it in with your fingers or your thumbs from your phone. Here are a few steps to follow to use this feature on the go.

What we’re first going to do is look for a name. Let’s say Amy Harris is the person we want to call. And if you notice there’s a little phone icon and an envelope icon, that means she has a phone number and an email address, so that great. I’m going to open up Amy Harris’s contact name and hit the little call button right here at the top. It gives me an option of which phone number to call. We’re going to do work and call. We make our call. Let’s say we’ve finished our conversation and notice what happens as soon as you hang up the phone.

The history note window opens up, so I’m able to identify that this was a call and that I reached them. If it’s a cold call or you want to just enter a note or anything like that, you can change these little buttons. Maybe you left a message for her. But in this case, we’re going to say we’ve reached. And then I’m going to tap on the comments section and notice that you get your keyboard that’s just like a text.

It has a little microphone at the bottom. You tap on that and it enters anything that you say, period. If you want to recap your phone conversation with Amy, this is the place to do it. And that’s it. You hit done, and it saves that note to the contact’s history, and you don’t have to do anything else. Check out our video on how to use voice to update your notes.
